There are plenty of ways to help Casa Milagro and young people in San Jose:

Raise Awareness to make a difference:

  • Share our Facebook page
  • Ask us to come and speak at your school, college or workplace
  • Write to a newspaper or media institution
  • Help us contact the media to get more awareness around the issues

Fundraise to make a difference:

Make a donation here or share with your friends and family

Organize a garage sale, fundraiser with work/school/college

Help us write grants or other fundraising proposals

Help with Other Donations:

Ask for and/or collect clothes, food and toiletries to give out on the streets/in our center

Contact businesses for in-kind donations or the place you work

Direct help with young people:

  • Come out with us on Tuesday in the day or Thursday nights to give out food and other essentials on the streets (no need to be able to speak Spanish)
  • Volunteer at our drop-in center we are grateful for any assistance from musicians to doctors/nurses to tutors

Other behind the scenes work:

  • Able to help with ongoing campaigns, fundraising, administration, media work from our office or at home – anywhere in the world?  We are always looking for interns or part-time volunteers who are keen to get involved!
